Everyone who contacts Pinkenergy Walk-In Tubs deserves fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Pinkenergy Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Pinkenergy Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

Sending Us Your Concern

Email contact@pinkenergy.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not solve things, answer it and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
